Most deliveries land within 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Cross-country routes (e.g. coast-to-coast) may take up to 14 days. We confirm a specific timing window when your quote is finalized.

Yes. We provide an extensive photo and video walkaround before purchase, and our 20-day trial period covers you after delivery. If something's not right, we work with you to resolve it.
Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare case of transit damage, our coordinator handles the claim and repair directly so you don't have to deal with the carrier.
